For every assignment you give us as one of our clients we apply The Maison Group's refined search process. This process starts by integrating ourselves into your business to understand stakeholders, objectives and the evolution of your organization, defining your needs, and seeking out only the best to bring to you to make your organization even better.

Here are the five phases of our refined process.

  2. Developing the Search Plan and Executing the Research

  5. Offer/Acceptance/ Transition

 

1. Initial Client Meeting

The beginning of the search process starts with an initial confidential meeting. At this meeting, we learn about our clients industry, business goals and objectives, distinguishing corporate culture and the position in detail. We conclude the meeting by setting mutually agreeable benchmarks to ensure the assignment is completed in a timely manner.


2. Developing the Search Plan and Executing the Research

Once we understand our client’s assignment, we develop our strategic search plan that will serve as a guide throughout the search process. This plan lists the research materials we will be using when conducting the assignment, a strategically developed list of organizations we will be contacting, the types of professionals we are seeking within these companies and the channels we will be pursuing in order to create an exceptional short list of candidates for our clients to meet.


3. Candidate Approach

By using multiple channels to find the best candidates in the marketplace, it is this phase of the process where we proactively contact candidates within the marketplace on our client’s behalf. We conduct very thorough interviews carefully assessing technical skills and personality traits compared with our predetermined candidate profile.


4. Client Interviews/Finalist Selection

While we continue to search for qualified candidates, we have now developed a short list of qualified candidates for our clients to meet. As our client’s interview these candidates, we thoroughly check references and help our clients choose the top candidate to pursue.


5. Offer/Acceptance/Transition

Once we have selected the finalist candidate, we work closely with our clients in helping develop the appropriate compensation program, facilitate the negotiation process and help resolve any outstanding objections and concerns to ensure acceptance and a smooth transition.
