Matthew Metro is the founder of The Maison Group and has conducted and completed many search assignments within the real estate industry across several functional disciplines including Development, Construction, Asset Management, Acquisition/Investment, Leasing, Finance/Accounting, Sales/Marketing and Administration.  Matt takes a very strategic and consistent approach to his search work.  As a result, the clients and candidates he works with throughout the search process benefit from his high level of integrity and confidentiality.

Matt holds a Bachelor’s of Business Administration degree in Marketing & Organizational Management from Emory University in Atlanta, Georgia and stays active as a mentor to undergraduate and MBA students within the Goizueta School of Business.

Brian Dubin joined The Maison Group after spending 5 years at a Washington DC based mortgage lender as an SVP, Mortgage Consultant and Business Development specialist. Brian has been involved with both residential and commercial real estate transactions. He was responsible for the implementation of new practices and marketing initiatives to help grow the business to reach recognition by the publication Inc. 500.

Brian holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication from the University of Wisconsin – Madison and is an active member of the local community as a volunteer for multiple organizations.

Stacy Metro joined The Maison Group after spending eight years at Pillsbury Winthrop Shaw Pittman as a Project Manager and Business Applications Analyst. Stacy specializes in business process improvement, application workflow & development, and information architecture. She was responsible for collaborating with practice and industry groups, firm administration, and external firm clients to understand their specific business requirements to deliver process-driven technology solutions.

Stacy has a Bachelor's degree in History from the University of Maryland with a concentration in Urban Growth and Development.
